Wisdom comes from Allah

Allah has mentioned in the Quran Al-Karim about how he grants wisdom and gives knowledge. In Surah Al-Baqarah verse: 269, Allah the All Mighty says:

"He grants wisdom to whom He pleases, and he to whom wisdom is granted indeed receives a benefit overflowing". And, in one of those verses in Surah Toa-ha: 114, Allah has enjoined all of us including the Prophet Muhammad SAW to ask for knowledge from him.

"And say: My Rabb (Cherisher and Sustainer) increase me in knowledge.

Stone Wall Effect (Background Image)

This morning I played with Adobe photoshop and I have come up with this inscribed stone effect that I used as a background for my Tthuluth calligraphy (shown below). I am happy with the result.

Khat digital bentuk thuluth yang aku dapat siapkan dipagi Jumaat yang mulia. Mengandungi kalimah 'Pejabat Pengajian Islam' Imej latar belakang aku buat dengan Adobe Photoshop dan Illustrator.

A Personalized Bookmarker

What a great idea to make a customized bookmarker!..I really love this idea as one way to commemorate the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad Sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam. I add jawi calligraphy rendered in Thuluth style that says 'Nabi Muhammad Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wassallam Lambang Insan Cemerlang'
